  The minute I met Jacqueline I knew she was the realtor for me. I was in a "need to" sell situation, which is more stressful than normal. Jacqueline's professionalism and honest compassion kept me grounded. She gave me so many useful tips about staging, storage, financing and everything I needed to make the transition less painful. She listened to my needs and long term goals when looking for another home. I believe Jacqueline to be a Christian, and that reflected in her work ethics. I would recommend her to anyone, buying or selling, as a responsible, trustworthy realtor. (As a side note - I was working on getting some help to keep my home, but that did not deter Jacqueline from giving me 100% of her services. I was able to keep my home, but she still keeps in touch. When I am ready to sell she will be my first call.)

  Jacqueline helped us find a home we loved that was already under construction. She was very helpful seeking answers to our questions/concerns during the home building process with the contractor. Unfortunately we never did move into the home due to an unexpected work transfer, however, Jacqueline was able to work with the home builder and recover our down money!

  I don't normally write reviews, but with the extraordinary job that Jacgueline did listing and selling our home I felt obligated to her. I have bought and sold approximately 10 different properties in my life, Jacgueline is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She did a great job of researching property values to come up with a fair listing price and a great job of putting together a video and inside pictures.When it came to an offer and closing she reviewed every bit of paperwork and wouldn't let us sign anything until she was satisfied.
